I used to live in NY but i now live in IN. I would like to know what the average price per gal. of maple syrup is this year. Ther is nothing down here that can compare to NY maple syrup. Thanks Roy K, Hickok

I’d recommend calling Steve VanderMark at the Cornell Cooperative Extension for more information. However, my guess is that since the season hasn’t really begun and the supply is unknown, it’s a bit early to judge and average price for this year’s crop.
