Sweeter Creations Sugarhouse is located in Madrid, New York. The Sugarhouse was built in 2002 and not until 2004 did the maple begin to flow here. We are currently tapping between 500 and 1,000 taps. We are proud makers of New Yorks finest Resource: Maple Syrup, Maple Cream and Maple Confections.
With the help of our five boys we accomplish the daily tasks begining in February and ending in April.
Come join us this sugaring season to see some old traditional methods as well as some of the latest technologies in the sugaring industry. We hope to see our old friends and meet some new ones. Join during the Maple Weekends held the last two weekend in March.
